They’re burned out because
they’re disconnected from what
drives them.
CLIENTS & AUDIENCES GO FROm:
fear to joy,
disconnection to trust and
pressure to performance.
Jen Teaches Joy as a strategy, not the reward.
Your leaders
aren't burned
out because
they work
too hard.
Meet Jen Gomez
Founder & CEO - The Joyful Strategist
At 18, Jen Gomez was homeless.
By 30, she was running the Louisiana Governor's Mansion, managing a multi-6 figure restoration, leading a large team, and building something she was genuinely proud of.
She had the credentials. The title. The MBA from LSU. And she was completely burned out.
That's when she stopped chasing success and started studying joy, not as a feeling, but as a strategy.
What she discovered changed everything: the leaders who perform at the highest level aren't the ones who push harder. They're the ones who've learned to use what lights them up as fuel.
Today, Jen is a keynote speaker, executive coach, and creator of The JOY Method™.
She's a Purpose Company certified speaker, a 40 Under 40 honoree, and the author of Joy in the Chaos, releasing Fall 2026.
She's spoken to audiences from corporate boardrooms to sold-out women's conferences, and her message is always the same:
You don't need to try harder.
You need to get aligned on what brings you joy and use it to your advantage.

MEET JEN on stage
Most organizations are measuring the wrong things.
They track revenue, retention, and productivity - and when the numbers slip, they throw pizza parties and call it culture. Meanwhile their best people are quietly checking out, not because they're lazy, but because no one has taught them how to use their greatest performance asset: joy.
Jen Gomez is on a mission to change the metric.
Joy isn't a feeling you wait for after the work is done. It's a neurological state that drives conviction, focus, and follow-through.
When people are connected to purpose - real purpose, not a poster on the wall - they don't just perform better.
They lead better, sell better, and show up differently for the people around them.
The ripple effect is real:
Want more revenue? Find joy and let it lead.
Want more influence? Find joy and let it lead.
Want more trust on your team? Find joy and let it lead.
Jen doesn't just talk about this. She teaches it - with neuroscience, humor, and a framework your people will actually use the next day.
